Privacy Policy
3NK is designed so that your university account and class data stay on your own computer. This page explains what we collect, why, and for how long.
What stays on your computer only
- Your Blackboard username and password, kept in your system's secure storage.
- Your Blackboard session, courses, class schedule and notes.
- Your Discord webhook address, if you use notifications.
- The app's activity log.
We never receive this information, so we can't see it, share it or lose it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, a securely hashed password and your language.
- License: your plan, its dates, and a fingerprint of your license key (not the key itself).
- Activated computers: the name you give each one, operating system, app version and when it last checked in.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
- Messages you send to support.
What we don't do
- No advertising, no third-party trackers and no selling of data.
- No hardware fingerprinting of your computer.
- We don't store raw IP addresses; abuse protection uses a salted fingerprint.
How long we keep data
Account data stays until you delete your account. License and device records are kept for the life of the license plus 12 months. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can remove activated computers yourself from your account page.

The hosting location and the service providers we use will be listed here before launch.
