Your password is stored in your computer's secure storage (Windows Credential Manager, macOS Keychain or your Linux keyring). It is used only to sign in to your university and is never sent to us. You can also choose to sign in yourself each time instead of saving it.

No. It opens your class and stays in it according to your settings. Whether you are counted as present is decided by your university and your instructor. Follow your university's rules.

Yes, in sign-in-yourself mode: you complete the verification in the app's window, and the app reuses that session until it expires. The app never bypasses verification.

Yes. At class time it must be on, awake, signed in to your user account and connected to the internet.

Each plan allows a set number of computers. To switch computers, remove the old one from your account page and activate the new one.

An activated computer keeps working for up to 14 days without reaching our servers. A class in progress is never stopped because of your license.

Never. You can turn them on yourself in the class window if you want to speak.
