• Try before you buy: the free trial lets you check that the app works with your university.
• First purchase: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days.
• Renewals: you can ask for a refund within 48 hours of a renewal if you haven't used the renewed period.
• Cancel any time to stop future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• When a refund is made, the license it paid for stops working.

Your rights under consumer protection law are not affected.
