Terms of Service

The service

3NK is desktop software that opens your scheduled online classes in Blackboard Collaborate and keeps you informed. It is an independent product, not affiliated with Blackboard, Anthology or any university.

Your responsibilities

• Use the software in line with your university's policies, including any rules on attendance and automated tools.
• Don't use it to misrepresent your participation in a class.
• Keep your account and license key private.

Your license

A license is personal. It may be used on the number of computers your plan allows and may not be shared, resold or transferred to another person.

What we can't guarantee

• That every class will be joined: this depends on Blackboard, your instructor, your network and your computer being on and awake.
• That your attendance will be recorded or counted by your university.
• Continued compatibility if Blackboard or your university changes its systems, although we work to fix problems quickly.

Liability

The limits of our liability will be set out here after legal review.

Changes

If these terms change, we will tell you by email before the changes take effect.
