Does 3NK work at my university? Check it with the free trial
3NK works with Blackboard Learn Ultra and Blackboard Collaborate, but every university sets up Blackboard and its sign-in a little differently. The quickest way to be sure at yours: the free trial, on one class, before you pay anything.
What the statuses on the universities page mean
- Supported: all four steps were confirmed with a real student account: signing in, importing courses, finding the live session and joining the class.
- Partly verified: only some steps were confirmed; the page says which.
- Not verified yet: we checked the university's Blackboard address and sign-in system, without a student account. It may work, but it hasn't been tried.
Find your university on the universities page.
Test your university on one class
- Create an account and confirm your email.
- Link your university email in your account with a 6-digit code. If your university's email isn't accepted yet, choose "Request university support" in your account.
- Start the free trial (7 days, one computer, no card), then download the app and activate it with your key.
- Sign in to Blackboard in 3NK's window. If your university uses single sign-on, two-step verification or Nafath, you complete it in the window as usual.
- Import your courses, then use "Test link" on one of them to check that it has a live classroom.
- Add the time of an upcoming class, let the app join it, and watch the status.
- Send the compatibility report from Settings, under "Compatibility at your university". It holds only your university, each step's result and the app version: no username, course names or links. That's how universities become "Supported".
If it doesn't work
- Don't buy until the trial works at your university, and tell us what happened on the contact page.
- If you bought and haven't used the service yet, you can cancel for a full refund within 7 days.
- If a compatibility problem stops the main function at your university for more than 14 days in a row and we can't fix it, you choose extra time or a refund of the unused days. Details are in the refund policy.
